The entire facade of the rest house has carports with silver crowns above the carports, custom-ordered from India. The crowns above the tiles are custom-ordered from Spain. The street is asphalted. Please do not rush and do not call me to see the rest house. Think about completing the finishing, which might cost around 100,000 or more. Then, when you rent it out, you might recover your loss three times over in one year. The cost of the rest house is approximately 480,000 riyals. Selling by offer. Be aware that, based on my experience in real estate and having owned a real estate office covering all Al-Harazat plans, you will not find a reinforced concrete rest house with this design for under a million riyals.
