My rest house is for sale in Al-Harazat. I have posted it several times and deleted the ad. I was hesitant to sell and thought I would regret it. Many advised me not to sell it because it is a huge and well-maintained rest house, everything in it is reinforced concrete, and its location is on top of a mountain overlooking the neighborhoods, offering tranquility and quietness, far from floods. It is designed in an Italian style, near a dense population, a mosque, and other rest houses, all belonging to people from the south in the Hussein Al-Qahtani plan. There are no problems in the plan. See it in the video. I was the first to install an electricity meter. I will list the specifications of the rest house:
1_ 70 Ampere electricity meter, you can increase the amperes.
Men's section includes:
A reinforced concrete building, roof covered with Italian tiles and insulation, consisting of two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a guard's room.
A royal tent (بيت شعر) with three steps, area 5x10 meters.
An outdoor seating area, approximately 5x12 meters.
A reinforced concrete swimming pool, 5x10 meters, 2.5 meters deep.
A volleyball court.
Women's section:
A reinforced concrete building, roof covered with Italian tiles and insulation, consisting of two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large majlis (living room) approximately 5x13 meters.
An outdoor seating area, approximately 5x10 meters.
Two reinforced concrete swimming pools:
A swimming pool with an area of 4x7 meters, approximately 180 cm deep.
A children's swimming pool with an area of approximately 2x5 meters, approximately 1 meter deep.
And a yard with swings.
And reinforced concrete supports and rocks under the rest house to stabilize it.
A reinforced concrete water tank that holds 2 large water tanks.
The reinforced septic tank. The roof has three layers of 20mm rebar, area approximately 3.5x7 meters, depth 3.5 meters. I filled it with many salt bags inside to prevent overflow.
And a large marble-tiled basin for trees, with pipes for watering the trees. It used to have coconut trees, sycamore trees, and grass. There are lights on the basins to give a beautiful look to the basins, trees, and grass.
The entire facade of the rest house has carports with silver crowns above the carports, custom-ordered from India. The crowns above the tiles are custom-ordered from Spain. The street is asphalted.
Please do not rush and do not call me to see the rest house. Think about completing the finishing, which might cost around 100,000 or more. Then, when you rent it out, you might recover your loss three times over in one year.
The cost of the rest house is approximately 480,000 riyals.
Selling by offer.
Be aware that, based on my experience in real estate and having owned a real estate office covering all Al-Harazat plans, you will not find a reinforced concrete rest house with this design for under a million riyals.
