Job Responsibilities: * Daily supervision of agency operations and workflow monitoring. * Managing and organizing the work team, assigning tasks, and monitoring their execution. * Following up on client projects and ensuring timely delivery with the required quality. * Communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. * Coordinating between the design, printing, production, and installation departments. * Preparing price quotes and following up on orders and contracts. * Monitoring inventory and operational needs as required. * Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to management. * Working on performance development and improving the quality of services provided. Qualifications and Requirements: * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or any related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising and promotion, including supervisory experience. * Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams. * Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs. * Familiarity with design software and advertising production mechanisms is preferred.
