Looking for a ground floor apartment (out of necessity) and unfurnished. Monthly rent and a reasonable price, preferably up to 1500. I'd like three bedrooms, a living room, and a hall, and most importantly, clean. The neighborhood doesn't matter, but family-friendly neighborhoods are preferred.
