He knows how to grill meat and how to expertly cut the carcass in full detail for grilling, and how to handle meats in general. His marinades should be excellent, and the meats should be tender, including cuts like ribs and shish. He understands the work and has excellent marinades, and is creative in presenting dishes locally, to the point where the customer takes a picture before eating due to the beauty of the presentation. He also understands appetizers. Work is in Dammam. Working hours are 12 hours with 2 hours of rest. No days off except annually.
