Job Duties * Organizing and managing the executive management's schedule. * Coordinating meetings and preparing their minutes. * Managing official correspondence in Arabic and English. * Contributing to attracting talent and coordinating recruitment processes. * Following up on partnership programs and accreditations with international companies. * Following up with suppliers, clients, and government entities. * Preparing reports and presentations. * Contributing to marketing and development activities for projects. * Executing administrative and organizational tasks assigned by the executive management.
