I want a commercial registration on which financing can be obtained for sale. The owner agrees to partnership or to transfer the loan and the registration to my name, take his dues and give me my share. He takes half the loan amount and I take the other half. I don't have cash upfront or a certified check. I am ready for any other guarantees, like a promissory note or a regular check. Please, I'm tired of false and illusory promises.
