Operations and Development Manager (Part-time) Required
We have an activity in the retail sector and are looking for an ambitious person with a developmental mindset to contribute to building and developing the activity and transforming it into a scalable brand.
Responsibilities:
● Developing operational systems and procedures.
● Improving customer experience and service quality.
● Monitoring employee performance and increasing operational efficiency.
● Analyzing performance and sales and proposing growth opportunities.
● Developing marketing ideas, offers, and new initiatives.
● Contributing to building the brand identity.
● Preparing plans that help with expansion and opening future branches.
● Submitting reports and recommendations to management and following up on their implementation.
Required Qualifications:
● Experience in operations, business development, or project management.
● Leadership personality, initiative, and strategic thinking.
● High ability in analysis, organization, and problem-solving.
● Experience in building systems and improving processes.
● Preferably, experience in the retail sector or small and medium-sized enterprises.
Nature of Work:
● Part-time (3 days a week – 4 to 5 hours a day).
● Flexibility in working hours.
