The part indicated in the picture is missing, and I bought a replacement for it, and it doesn't cause any harm at all. I changed the ear pads because of what was said about them. Both the old and new ear pads are available. The box is available, and the headset is very clean, God willing. Three-day trial period. If the headset has a defect, return it and get your money back.
