Icom 3500 device. The device is new and in its box, but it's broken. It needs a new complete chip because the current chip is damaged. The device's fan and screen work, and some parts unrelated to the chip, as it has never been used, honestly. I took it to a shop, and they said it needs a new chip. I don't know about it. Whoever buys it as is, may God bless them, or whoever wants parts from it, it's no problem.
