Complete professionalism in preparing and setting up the shawarma spit from scratch (trimming, marinating, and securing).
Innovation of special marinades (secret recipe) characterized by a unique taste and aroma that attracts customers.
Exceptional skill and speed in slicing shawarma into uniform pieces, saving costs for the restaurant.
Fire management and control of the spit's cooking to ensure tender, non-dry meat.
2. Broast (Fried) Section:
Marinating chicken (broast) using modern methods, adjusting ingredients and spices.
Combining ingredients to create the golden crispy coating (breading) that maintains its crispiness for the longest time.
Operating and maintaining broast pressure cookers (high pressure), precisely adjusting temperatures and times to prevent oil absorption.
3. Sauces and Appetizers:
Preparing tahini sauce (regular and spicy) with the perfect consistency.
Preparing special side sauces for shawarma and broast (spicy sauce, tortilla sauce, tahini sauce).
