Operations and Quality Supervisor for furnished apartments Scope of Work: Two days a week, 4 hours of work per day. Salary: 900 (It is required to have a car to conduct tours). Job Objective: Ensure the continuous readiness of the units through field tours, raise the level of cleanliness, maintenance, and operational quality, while following up on addressing all observations until they are closed. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Conduct periodic inspection tours of all units according to a specified schedule. * Assess the level of cleanliness and order and ensure the readiness of the units to receive guests. * Inspect furniture, appliances, and facilities and ensure their safety and efficiency. * Document all observations with pictures and prepare periodic reports for management. * Follow up on the implementation of maintenance and cleaning work and ensure that observations are closed in a timely manner. * Coordination * Suggest improvements that enhance the guest experience and reduce complaints. Required Qualifications: * Experience in supervising or operating chalets, hotels, or furnished residential units (preferred). * High observation and follow-up skills. * Ability to solve problems and make decisions. * Own a car and be willing to travel between locations.
