General Manager. Al-Farouk Foundation for Garment Distribution and Export, Egypt.
Commercial and industrial consulting in the garment field, from manufacturing to direct sales to the consumer.
A brief overview of experiences:
*Garment and Sewing Project: By the grace of God, this is an investment and vital project that appeals to all ages, eras, and places. It involves the garment industry, distribution, import, and export.
We start first with manufacturing, such as:
Manufacturing of Men's Garments
Manufacturing of Women's Garments
Manufacturing of Children's Garments
Manufacturing of Baby Clothes
Manufacturing of Uniforms
This is divided into:
Company employee uniforms
Hotel employee uniforms
Restaurant employee uniforms
Hospital employee uniforms
And nursing and medical staff uniforms.
Each of these categories has a specific idea.
Manufacturing, then wholesale sales, then retail sales, along with creating your own brand.
For each category, a specific capital must be allocated to determine which segment you will operate in.
For example:
Children's Clothing
Cleanliness, quality first, then material, then finishing are essential.
You can choose the segment you work on with all your effort to succeed.
*Important Note:
Before starting a manufacturing project, you must first study the market for ready-made garments under your brand name.
Manufacturing or opening a factory involves costs that must be studied under the headings of sewing machines, equipment, and the capabilities you will work with.
And most importantly, the tailors.
They must be of high quality.
You must know that tailors for mass production are different from tailors for custom orders.
Custom tailoring is slow, while mass production is faster.
Not all tailors can work on a specific model, and they might ruin the work because it's mass production.
My advice: stick to wholesale trade first.
Then, open a retail store under your own brand and in your business name. After opening several branches, consider manufacturing, and this should be under full study of the goal.
Remote management is available for 1500 SAR per month, paid in advance.
Online business consultations are also available daily for a symbolic price of 100 SAR per consultation, paid in advance.
My greetings to all of you.
