It is considered one of the most important carpentry workshop devices and is used for:

Expected Specifications
• Induction motor with a power of 1.5 to 3 horsepower.
• Circular blade with a diameter of 20 or 25 inches.
• Upper table made of iron covered with wood for ease of movement and to ensure stability.
• Ability to raise and lower the blade, and tilt it up to 45°.
• Often operates on 220 or 380 volts depending on the motor type.
