Household and Daily Supplies: We include kitchenware, pressure cookers, serving dishes, cleaning supplies, and home storage and organization products. 2. Target Audiences (Who do we serve?) Construction and Building Sector: Major contracting companies, subcontractors, engineering offices, and site managers. Hospitality and Tourism Sector: Desert hotels, eco-tourism camps, and trip and event organizing companies. Residential and Retail Sector: Saudi families, expatriates, owners of farms and private chalets. Delivery to Site: We deliver all orders to customer locations in any city within the Kingdom (excluding remote areas requiring special arrangements). Technical Support and Consultations: We provide initial consultations on selecting suitable products for projects (via phone or WhatsApp). After-Sales Service: We accept returns of unused products within 7 days of receipt, providing quick replacements in case of manufacturing defects. 4. Limitations and Exclusions (What do we not offer?) We are not a contracting company, but material suppliers only; we do not perform installation or execution work. We do not deal in heavy equipment (such as cranes and bulldozers) or hazardous chemical products.
