Ad Type: Looking for employee Experience Level: Senior Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Diploma Bakery Supervisor Needed for 6 Branches – Buraydah, Al-Qassim A chain of markets announces the availability of a job vacancy titled: Bakery Departments Supervisor To supervise the operation and development of bakery departments in 6 branches, including: - Fresh Pizza and Pies Department. - Halawiyat and Oriental Sweets Department. - Cakes, Tortes, and Cheesecakes Department. - French and European Bakery Department, such as croissants, donuts, and others. - Arabic Bread, Samoli, Toast, and Burger Bun Department. - Developing new items and products that suit market and customer needs. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Full supervision of the operation of bakery departments in all branches. - Managing chefs, bakers, and department staff and assigning tasks to them. - Monitoring product quality, taste, appearance, weight, and display method. - Standardizing recipes and production and quality standards across all branches. - Developing current products and innovating new items. - Monitoring daily production, sales, waste, and raw material costs. - Training employees, improving their efficiency, and monitoring adherence to hygiene and food safety. - Preparing operational plans to increase sales and improve the profitability of bakery departments. Required Conditions: - At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of bakeries and baked goods. - Experience in supervising multiple branches and managing work teams. - Strong knowledge of Arabic bread production, French pastries, pizzas, pies, cakes, and sweets. - Ability to develop products, control quality, and reduce waste. - Leadership personality, discipline, and the ability for daily field follow-up. - Preference will be given to those with previous experience in supermarket or hypermarket bakeries.
