I am a software engineer, I own my own restaurants. After a deep study of delivery applications, I have gained complete expertise in them. I manage my own restaurants and wanted to help some colleagues. I discovered that 80% of people don't realize they are losing money without knowing, and I wanted to benefit everyone.
1- The application's commission is not as stated in the contract and varies between applications, reaching from 40% to 44%.
2- (Kita - Hungerstation - Ninja - Jahez - ToYou) Each of them has a policy they follow that no one notices.
3- Your account manager in any of the applications works for the application, not for you. So, don't take their word for it or the prices they give you. They give you advice to increase your sales, and at prices they set for you to increase your sales, and in the end, you end up losing money. (They increase the commission on the 18% mentioned in the contract, but they take more than that).
4- Pricing + photos in the menu + product arrangement + creating offers and packages + writing descriptions professionally in English and Arabic (makes a big difference in the customer's eye and increases your sales and profit).
5- The most important point (Whoever has the ToYou app, close it today before tomorrow - ToYou has financial problems and they haven't paid any brand for more than a year, and lawsuits have increased against them, and there is a possibility of bankruptcy).
For communication and inquiries about anything related to applications, contact via WhatsApp, and God willing, I will not fall short in answering your questions. Good luck to me and to you.
