Job Opportunity | Director of Property and Leasing Department A real estate company in Jeddah is looking to attract a distinguished talent to take on the establishment and management of the Property and Leasing Department, and to lead the department's operations from the establishment phase to full operation. We are looking for an individual with practical experience and vision in building operational procedures, setting policies, organizing workflows, and leading the department to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and service quality. Required Skills and Qualifications * Practical experience in property and leasing management. * Ability to establish and operate a property management department from scratch and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Familiarity with Ejar, Mulak, Najiz platforms and related systems. * Proficiency in computer use, with professional mastery of Microsoft Excel (essential requirement). * Good knowledge of accounting systems, invoice management, collection, and financial reporting. * Leadership skills and ability to make decisions and solve problems. * High skills in organization, time management, and working under pressure. * Excellent ability to communicate and build professional relationships with owners, tenants, and service providers. * Proficiency in preparing official letters, reports, and correspondence. * Appropriate university degree. * Possession of a car and a valid driver's license is preferred. * Residence in the north of Jeddah is preferred. Nature of the Role The candidate will be responsible for establishing the department, setting the work mechanism, managing daily operations, developing services, and overseeing all property and leasing management activities, in order to achieve a professional experience for owners and tenants and enhance the quality of services provided.
