We are looking for an employee with the title of Sales and Marketing Representative, for full-time employment, who has experience in marketing, sales, and managing various sales channels. Job Duties: First: External Sales * Marketing the restaurant's services and attracting new customers. * Marketing for external parties, banquets, events, and large orders. * Building relationships with companies, government entities, and the private sector to attract contracts and orders. * Preparing price offers and following up with clients until the contract is completed. * Achieving monthly sales targets and submitting periodic reports to management. Second: Delivery Apps Management * Managing the restaurant's accounts on delivery applications (such as Jahez, HungerStation, Mrsool, etc.). * Monitoring orders and ensuring their quick execution and service quality. * Coordinating with delivery companies to solve problems and address customer complaints. * Monitoring customer ratings and working to improve them. * Proposing offers and marketing campaigns that contribute to increasing sales through applications. Third: Social Media Management * Managing the restaurant's accounts on social media platforms. * Posting content regularly, interacting with followers, and responding to inquiries. * Coordinating with the photographer or marketing company to prepare advertising content. * Monitoring account performance, analyzing results, and suggesting ideas to increase reach and engagement. * Monitoring the restaurant's online reputation and responding to comments and reviews professionally. Requirements and Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales or marketing in the restaurant sector. * High communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Good knowledge of delivery applications and social media platforms. * Ability to prepare reports and analyze results. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs. * Valid driver's license (preferred). * Ability to work in the field and achieve sales goals.
