Tasks and Responsibilities: Full leadership and management of all factory, production, and operational processes. Developing and implementing operational and strategic plans to achieve production and quality goals. Efficiently managing bakery production lines, improving performance and productivity. Applying quality and food safety systems (HACCP – GMP – ISO 22000) and ensuring compliance. Managing work teams, developing competencies, and building a high-performance professional work environment. Controlling costs, reducing waste, optimizing resource utilization, and increasing profitability. Supervising preventive and operational maintenance to ensure production continuity. Preparing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational reports for senior management, and working to achieve targets. Required Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in bakeries, including 5 years in a Factory Manager or Operations Manager position. Proven practical experience in managing and operating automated and semi-automated bakeries. Advanced knowledge of quality and food safety systems and regulations applicable in Gulf countries. High ability to lead work teams, make decisions, manage change, and achieve results. Proficiency in using ERP systems and production and operations management software. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in Saudi Arabia or a GCC country.
