Conditions for obtaining a real estate loan: 1- If the client works in the private sector, the company must be accredited by Al Rajhi Bank. 2- The client's age must be 26 years and above. 3- The client must not have an existing real estate loan. 4- The client's salary must be 7,000 and above. 5- The client's obligations must not exceed 600,000.
