Performing regular (preventive) maintenance for central and split air conditioning units to ensure cooling efficiency and filter cleanliness. Maintaining and repairing display refrigerators, walk-in freezers/coolers, and ensuring accurate temperature settings for food safety. . Kitchen Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine and emergency maintenance for kitchen equipment such as (ovens, fryers, grills, industrial dishwashers, and food preparation machines).
