Peace be upon you,
Good morning.
To make a long story short, any real estate office can obtain an occupancy certificate.
I am a real estate developer, praise be to God. I have completed construction and have been living in it for two years. Support was stopped for me, and the engineering office that supervised the construction closed down for reasons I don't know. Before the office closed, when I came to apply for the occupancy certificate, they told me that insurance for the roof and finishing is required. I have insurance for the foundation, but I didn't know that insurance for the roof and finishing was necessary.
I want to issue a building completion certificate.
