The seller acknowledges that all materials subject to sale are legitimately owned by them, or that they are legally authorized to dispose of them, and that they are free from the rights of others, claims, and disputes. The seller bears responsibility for the accuracy of the data and documents they provide and for the legitimacy of the source of the materials. The establishment has the right to inspect and examine the materials and verify their type, quantity, weight, condition, and source. It also has the right to refuse to purchase any materials of unknown origin, suspected ownership, or that violate regulations and instructions, and to notify the competent authorities when necessary. The weight and price shall be determined by agreement between the two parties. The seller's signature on the sales document and receipt of payment shall be an acknowledgment of the completion of the sale and their agreement to the data, quantity, weight, and price stated in the document. The seller acknowledges bearing the legal responsibility for any claim related to the ownership or source of the materials when it arises from incorrect information or documents provided by the seller, without prejudice to any responsibilities or obligations stipulated by the system for either party. Sales and purchase transactions shall be documented with the necessary documents, invoices, and receipts in accordance with regulatory requirements, including the data of the parties, the type of materials, their weights, their value, and the date of the transaction.
