Establishment of the accounting system and the integrated documentary cycle for companies (commercial, industrial, service). Review and correction of previous accounting and financial errors and restructuring of accounts. Building and developing the accounting team and monitoring and evaluating financial performance. 📈 2. Financial Statements and Strategic Planning Preparation of financial statements and balance sheets (whether internal reports or statements approved by a licensed certified public accountant). Financial planning and budgets: Planning for the next year and forecasting revenues and expenses. Cash flow management: Protecting liquidity and organizing supplier and customer obligations.
