📢 A specialized company in contracting and engineering consulting announces the availability of a job vacancy for a Government Projects Tenders Preparation Officer Key Tasks and Responsibilities • Preparing and processing government tender files in accordance with approved systems and regulations on the "Etemad" platform. • Reviewing government tender conditions and analyzing the scope of work and requirements of government entities. • Preparing technical proposals, including work methodology, implementation plan, resources, and timelines. • Preparing financial proposals according to government entity templates, ensuring pricing accuracy and quantity calculation. • Submitting tenders through the "Etemad" platform and ensuring all requirements and documents are met. • Coordinating with technical and engineering departments to gather necessary data and documents. • Preparing project schedules using appropriate planning tools such as MS Project or Excel. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or any related field. • Certifications or courses in project management or government tender preparation are preferred. Required Experience • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in government tender preparation. • Proven experience working on the "Etemad" platform and managing government tenders. • Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals for projects (construction – operation and maintenance – technology – services). • Experience in preparing project schedules and implementation plans. ### Network Engineer Location: Riyadh Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Information Technology. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the supply and implementation of data and communication networks. - Practical experience in implementing Structured Cabling and Fiber Optic networks. - Knowledge of technical specifications and standards for networks. - Ability to read blueprints and prepare Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings. - Experience in Testing & Commissioning. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. - High skills in coordination and field work management.
