6 Umayyad silver dirhams from different years of 4 Umayyad Caliphs. Some are in good condition, others in poor condition. They were excavated from a site and preserved with lead metal that adhered to the dirhams due to heat and time. The mint city and year of striking are still clear. Distinctive dates, and some are rare. One of the dirhams has a rare minting error.
It says the word 'twenty' repeated like this:
(twenty wenty) a beautiful error and it has historical value for collectors of distinctive and rare coins.
The years are as follows:
1 dirham, struck in Wasit, Al-Walid ibn Abd al-Malik, 92 AH
2 dirhams, Wasit, Caliph Yazid ibn Abd al-Malik, 105 AH
3 dirhams, Wasit, Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik, year 115 AH
4 dirhams, Wasit, Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik, year 122 AH
5 dirhams, Wasit, Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik, year 123 AH
6 dirhams, Wasit, Caliph Marwan al-Himar, year 129 AH
The sale is fixed, without bidding, for the amount of 600 Riyals only, which is the value of only two dirhams in better condition, and not to mention that the error dirham alone is worth this price (the price is an opportunity).
