Two said it's loose lifters or rocker arms that need tightening. One said it's a loose valve that needs tightening. God knows best. They all agreed that it's safe to use and there's no need to disassemble it for the sound, as it's minor. The middle muffler has a dent and is welded, and it makes a rattling sound. Interior trim has some issues (which I consider normal for a government vehicle). There are some rust spots on the underside of the vehicle. The front passenger-side fog light has cuts and has been stitched. Note: - The mentioned points are based on the previous owner's word and my personal inspection of the vehicle. When I inspected, I focused on the engines in general. I didn't pay much attention to the body as long as its condition was good and the chassis was sound.
