**Attendance and Discipline System** is a modern, responsive Arabic web application for managing attendance and discipline in **schools** and **companies**, with complete separation between the two environments so that no school or company can access the data of others. It supports the Arabic interface (RTL), dark and light themes, and aims to facilitate attendance recording, track compliance, generate reports, and provide a communication channel between users and attendance administrators. The system relies on specific **roles and permissions** protected by **Row Level Security (RLS)**: * **Application Administrator:** Manages schools and companies, and creates attendance administrators, without direct management of students or employees. * **School Attendance Administrator:** Manages classes, subjects, and schedules, adds students and teachers, records attendance, and issues reports, and receives messages. * **Company Attendance Administrator:** Manages employees, records their attendance, issues reports, and follows up on messages. * **Student and Employee:** Can only view their attendance records and send complaints and suggestions. The user starts from a login page where they choose the **school** or **company** environment, then is automatically directed to the appropriate dashboard for their role. The dashboard displays quick statistics, while the attendance page allows recording statuses (present, late, absent), with the option to **adhere to the official dress code** in the school environment only. The system provides management of classes, subjects, and study schedules, and the creation of weekly reports downloadable in **PDF** and **Excel** formats, in addition to an internal messaging system that connects students or employees with attendance administrators. Technically, the application is built using **React**, **TanStack Start**, **Vite**, and **Tailwind CSS**, while the backend relies on **Supabase** and a **PostgreSQL** database with a secure authentication and cloud storage system. Sensitive operations are performed via **Server Functions** using **Service Role** within the server, with security policies enabled to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data isolation between all parties. The design is based on a modern Arabic interface with Glassmorphism cards, smooth transition animations, and a dynamic sidebar displaying options appropriate for each role, with the ability to switch between dark and light modes. The system represents an integrated solution for managing attendance and discipline in schools and companies, combining ease of use, high security, and scalability, while providing appropriate permissions for each user without exceeding their role's boundaries.
