After your approval to transfer ownership from the STC app, you will have 3 options to receive the SIM card: 1. Electronic SIM (eSIM): Ownership of the number is transferred and the electronic SIM is activated at the same time, without the need to go to the office or request delivery. 2. SIM Card Delivery: You choose the delivery service from the application, and a representative will come to your door and deliver the SIM card to you. 3. Pick up from Branch: You visit the nearest STC branch, and ownership is accepted and you receive an electronic SIM or a regular SIM card as you wish.
