Technical description of the construction system
The project relies on implementing the structural framework using the Siporex (reinforced AAC) slab system, with the implementation of block walls according to approved plans and applicable engineering codes.
Siporex slabs are characterized by their light weight, which contributes to reducing dead loads on structural elements and foundations, in addition to providing high thermal and acoustic insulation, speed of execution, and quality of finishing. The slabs are installed on beams or load-bearing walls according to approved design details and the manufacturer's instructions, with the implementation of necessary connections and structural treatments.
Block walls are constructed using appropriate cement mortar, taking into account verticality and plumbness, and connecting the walls to concrete elements using approved ties. Expansion joints and service openings are implemented according to the executive plans, adhering to the code requirements and technical specifications of the project.
This system achieves high structural efficiency, reduces execution time, improves the thermal performance of the building, while ensuring quality and safety during execution according to engineering principles.
