You need an adapter to run it because it uses colored wires, and I don't think anyone uses an old TV anymore. However, if you have one, you won't need an adapter. It comes with the motion sensor, a 2GB SD card, two controllers, and one remote, as shown in the picture. Everything is original. It only has one game, which is Wii Sports. The game is awesome.
