Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
I am a Saudi founder of a formally registered travel and tourism company in Britain, and I am working on launching a digital travel platform initially targeting the Saudi and Gulf markets, with the potential for global expansion.
The platform consolidates travel services in one place, including hotels, eSIMs, airport transfers, tours and activities, airport services, insurance, car rentals, and flights. The launch will begin with hotels and eSIMs, while other services are in advanced stages.
The project is not just an idea; the platform, software infrastructure, search, booking, payment, and customer management systems have already been built.
For hotels, technical integration with TBO has been completed. TBO is a global company that provides travel agencies and platforms with a wide inventory of hotels and customized corporate rates. The remaining step is to fund the operational wallet with $30,000 to obtain the actual operational key.
After activation, we will start displaying real prices and receiving bookings directly. The estimated time to start selling is approximately one week.
This amount is not a fee but an operational credit from which booking costs will be deducted and then replenished from customer sales.
As for travel eSIMs, they are ready for immediate sale through eSIM Go, a company specializing in electronic internet packages for travelers in a large number of countries.
The project operates on two models:
B2C: Direct sales to the traveler.
B2B: Providing a system and prices for travel agencies and companies to sell to their customers, with the platform earning a margin on each booking.
An agreement has also been reached to feature the platform's program within Travelpayouts, a global platform that connects travel companies with travel influencers, bloggers, website owners, and affiliate marketers.
Each marketer receives a unique link, and upon successful booking completion, they receive their commission. Our strategy is to offer a highly competitive commission, increasing the likelihood that marketers will prioritize showcasing the platform over other programs.
The advantage of this model is that marketing costs are paid after sales are achieved, not in advance.
Profit depends on the difference between the supplier's price and the final selling price after deducting commissions and expenses. If the average net profit per booking is 300 SAR:
150 bookings = 45,000 SAR per month
500 bookings = 150,000 SAR
1,000 bookings = 300,000 SAR
2,500 bookings = 750,000 SAR
These are estimated examples, not guaranteed profits.
We also have actual price comparisons. In one instance, a 10-day booking for the same hotel, room, and dates was $1,257 cheaper than a well-known platform, which is approximately 4,713 SAR.
This demonstrates our ability in some cases to offer a strong price to the customer, a good commission to the marketer, while maintaining a profit margin for the company.
The partnership amount will be directly allocated to funding the TBO wallet, obtaining the operational key, and starting hotel sales within approximately a week.
The project combines a registered company, a built platform, a global supplier, ready eSIM service, B2C and B2B models, a growth channel via Travelpayouts, and services.
