Peace be upon you. What do you think of the real estate products offered by marketers, such as roof villas, apartments, and attached/detached half-land villas... In your opinion, is there exploitation by them regarding support and pride? I mean, I can't imagine a roof villa for 750 when its value is 500, or an apartment for 550 when its value is 300.
