Accounting Tasks and Responsibilities • Recording and reviewing daily financial transactions. • Preparing financial reports, invoices, and monitoring expenses and revenues. • Following up on weekly or monthly payments and ensuring they are made on time. • Following up on accounts, performing financial reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of data and records. • Organizing accounting files and documents according to best practices. • Preparing financial reports and indicators that support decision-making. Technical Systems and Skills • Familiarity with accounting and tax systems approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems. • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. • Ability to use electronic systems, dashboards, and extract and analyze financial reports. • Ability to adapt to cloud systems, new technologies, and software. Experience in Digital Applications and Platforms • Understanding the financial transaction cycle in digital applications and platforms, including e-commerce and service applications. • Familiarity with order management systems and linking them to accounting operations. • Ability to reconcile orders with electronic payment transactions, bank transfers, and perform financial settlements. • Monitoring revenues, commissions, discounts, and refunds, and ensuring they are recorded in accounting. • Reviewing financial settlements between the establishment and service providers, delivery companies, and electronic payment gateways. • Following up on financial dues and managing accounts for various parties, such as customers, service providers, delivery companies, payment gateways, and suppliers.
