When the conflict between the spouses reaches the point where the wife leaves the house, the alimony cannot be dropped unless the husband proves her disobedience through several means, including:
- An reconciliation between the parties attempting to bring her back.
- A conversation between the parties proving the attempt to bring her back.
If the husband cannot prove this, the alimony cannot be dropped, and the wife has the right to claim past and future alimony.
