Work may require travel to multiple sites depending on the projects. Reporting: The architect reports to the General Manager of the Company and works in collaboration with the design and construction teams. Overall Job Objective: To design and plan buildings and structures in line with client needs and engineering standards, ensuring a balance between aesthetic and functional aspects. Tasks and Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Design innovative architectural plans that align with client needs and building standards that comply with the Saudi Building Code. Prepare detailed drawings and plans for architectural projects. Conduct field studies and site assessments to identify design constraints and opportunities. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure the correct implementation of designs. Find innovative solutions to design and construction challenges. Provide consultations to the client regarding suitable materials and technologies for construction. Supervise the various construction phases to ensure quality and compliance with approved plans. Provide technical support and respond to inquiries from clients and contractors. Prepare and review technical reports and specifications required for projects. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. At least 5 years of experience in designing architectural projects. Proficiency in using architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). A good understanding of building standards and engineering practices. An architect professionally accredited by the Engineers' Syndicate. Required Skills: Ability for creative thinking and problem-solving. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to different work environments.
