Camera stabilizer
The stabilizer, or what is known as a Gimbal, is a device or technology used to stabilize cameras and smartphones and prevent image shake during movement to obtain smooth and clear videos.
Electronic and Mechanical Stabilizer (External Gimbal): A handheld device that holds the phone or camera and relies on small motors (two or three axes) to compensate for any sudden movement.
Internal Stabilizer in Cameras (IBIS): A technology inside the camera body that moves the imaging sensor to counteract hand movement or vibration.
Digital Stabilization: A software feature within phones and cameras that intelligently crops the edges of the video to eliminate vibration during recording.
