Tasks and Responsibilities: Entering and updating all operational and administrative data on the company's systems and dedicated databases. Periodically reviewing entered data to ensure its conformity with original documents and its freedom from errors. Organizing electronic and paper files and storing them according to an approved classification system that ensures ease of retrieval. Preparing concise and periodic reports on workflow and entered data according to the requirements of direct management. Coordinating with other departments to provide them with the required data accurately and in a timely manner. Maintaining the confidentiality of the company's information and data and not disclosing it. Conditions and Qualifications: High school diploma as a minimum, and preference for diploma or bachelor's degree holders in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent. At least one year of experience in data entry or similar administrative work (experience is not strictly required for outstanding graduates). Full proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. High typing speed in Arabic and English with extreme accuracy in entry. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time and perform multiple tasks. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
