Order is served: On the dining table as follows: The lamb is prepared, marinated, and grilled at the client's location 4 hours before the food serving time determined by the client. Grilling begins, ensuring there is a 3x3 meter space at your location. Lamb liver is cooked in its own fat with the special "Shahra" mix, and rice is cooked with lamb fat. Rice type: There are two types of rice: Abu Kass or Al-Waleema. Cooking style: Mandi with saffron sprinkle. "Shahra" topping. It is served with hot salad (Daqoos), tahini salad, and green salad on the rice. The lamb is placed on stands with rice underneath.
