Manage commercial papers and bank accounts and perform monthly reconciliations. Prepare monthly and annual closing entries and reconcile general ledger accounts. Participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards. Follow up on Zakat and Value Added Tax declarations and submit them to the General Authority of Zakat and Tax on time. Review purchase and contractor invoices and ensure they comply with contracts and purchase orders. Analyze project operating costs and prepare financial reports to support decision-making. Coordinate with external auditors and provide them with all required documents. Supervise payroll accounts and financial dues for employees and contractors. Conditions and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university. At least three years of professional experience in financial accounting or project accounting. Proficiency in using specialized accounting software such as ERP or SAP, with advanced proficiency in Excel. Good knowledge of Zakat and Value Added Tax systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Holding a professional certification such as SOCPA or CMA is a preferential advantage. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to analyze financial data and draw accurate conclusions. Commitment to deadlines and accuracy in work, with the ability to handle task pressures.
