Ad Type: Looking for employee Experience Level: Senior Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: High school 1- Complete familiarity with the mechanisms of dealing with the Red Sea Gateway Platform, the DP World website, and the General Ports Authority website, in addition to paying outstanding invoices for DP World, Red Sea Ports, and the General Ports Authority. 2- Proficiency in using the "Fasah" platform to issue and supply permits and loading permits, issue transport orders and exit permits, and follow up with transport companies to ensure avoidance of any additional storage fees. 3- Possess advanced data entry skills and proficiency in using specialized computer programs. 4- Enter driver data and book appointments for full and empty containers through the Fasah electronic platform. 5- Follow up on the workflow after entering and printing the customs declaration and receiving it from the relevant printing department. 6- Follow up on container unavailability cases in coordination with the follow-up agents, DP World, and Red Sea Ports.
