Customer Service and Sales Skills * Good communication with customers and understanding their needs. * Ability to persuade the customer about the product or service in an appropriate manner. * Handling customer objections, especially regarding price. * Ability to work within a team and withstand work pressure. * Quick learning and adaptation to the work environment.
