I offer remote services including: ✅ Reviewing financial documents and ensuring their validity before registration. ✅ Recording daily entries according to accounting standards. ✅ Posting entries and following up on the general ledger and subsidiary ledger. ✅ Monitoring debit and credit account balances. ✅ Performing bank reconciliations and periodic accounting reconciliations. ✅ Reviewing expenses and revenues and ensuring the correctness of accounting treatment. ✅ Monitoring advances, loans, fixed assets, and depreciation. ✅ Preparing the trial balance, reviewing accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies. ✅ Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing files. ✅ Full coordination with the legal accountant, providing all data and documents, and responding to observations until the financial statements are approved. ✅ Preparing and submitting tax returns. ✅ Executing and following up on tax refund requests for charitable societies. ✅ Preparing and following up on Zakat exemption requests. ✅ Preparing financial and administrative reports required by management and the board of directors. ✅ Experience in accounting systems specific to the non-profit sector.
