A manufacturing company located in Dammam – Second Industrial City is looking for an experienced: Position: CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator We are specifically looking for a skilled operator with experience operating large-size CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machines, with a machine length of approximately 6 meters. Job Requirements: * Proven hands-on experience operating CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machines. * Experience working with large-size / long-bed cylindrical grinding machines (approximately 6 meters). * Strong experience in OD / ID Cylindrical Grinding. * Ability to set up, operate, and adjust CNC grinding machines. * Experience with CNC controls, offsets, tool/wheel compensation, and machine parameters. * Good knowledge of Grinding Wheel Dressing and grinding parameters. * Ability to work with precision tolerances and inspect finished components. * Good knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc. * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications. * Experience in large shafts, long components, machining, manufacturing, or oil & gas industries is highly preferred. * Experience with PROMA CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machine is preferred but not mandatory. * Good English communication skills are required. * Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions. * Reliable, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
