The project is based on a clear strategy: focusing on economic and plastic shoes with recurring demand, low cost, and fast capital turnover, rather than relying on high-cost or slow-moving products. Why economic and plastic shoes? These products are used in multiple applications, including the home, kitchen, and bathroom, for daily use, for workers, and for practical purposes. They are also suitable for shoe stores, home goods stores, grocery stores, and some retail channels. Price Advantage: Direct purchase from Chinese factories allows for obtaining economic products at a low cost. For some targeted items, the cost per pair can start from approximately 3 to 10 Saudi Riyals, depending on the model, material, quality, and quantity. Target wholesale selling prices for some categories range approximately between 90 and 240 Saudi Riyals per dozen, depending on the product, quality, and model. Strategy: Direct purchase from factory → low cost → competitive wholesale price → fast sales → capital recycling → increased import volume. First Phase: Importing approximately 10 containers as a start, covering the cost of goods, shipping, customs clearance, warehouse and office setup, and initial operating expenses. The quantity varies depending on the product and packaging. The capacity of a container can range approximately between 20,000 and 48,000 pairs. Distribution Mechanism: We will not rely on a single channel. Operations will be conducted through a wholesale office, distributors, sales representatives, wholesale traders, large clients, and expandable additional sales channels. The goal is a reasonable profit margin with a competitive price and fast inventory turnover, not achieving the highest profit margin on each pair. Role of the Financial Partner: The partner provides the capital, while I will handle management and operations, including sourcing and dealing with factories and suppliers in China, negotiation, product and quantity selection, quality and production follow-up, shipping and customs clearance, distribution and sales management, attracting distributors and clients, and monitoring sales, collections, and capital turnover. I have over 12 years of practical experience in trade, import, e-commerce, and dealing with the Chinese and Saudi markets. I have experience in product selection, negotiating with suppliers, and following up on shipping, customs clearance, and sales. I also have direct supply sources in China. This opportunity is suitable for those who have capital and wish to enter a long-term business project.
