The entire amount will be used for clothing inventory purchased at wholesale or factory prices and offered for sale within the app. The agreement idea in brief: You purchase the products for 100,000 SAR, and all the products and their profits from sales belong to you. I will handle marketing, sales, and operations through the app. Therefore, you will not have a share in the app's ownership in return for the 100,000 SAR, as your capital is in the products themselves, and the profits from the products are yours. The advantage for you is that the 100,000 SAR will not be spent on operational expenses or salaries, but rather converted into actual goods purchased at wholesale or factory prices. In short: You provide the products, and I market, sell, and deliver them for you. If the products do not perform as expected within the app, the products remain with you and are owned by you, having been purchased at wholesale prices. They can be liquidated or sold through other channels, thus a large part of the capital remains in the form of actual inventory, not an amount that has been spent and is gone.
