A partner is required to open a distinguished and strong project, God willing. The partner can be with capital, and the share will be 50/50. Or a partner with half the capital, and half from the idea owner, executor, and founder, and the share will be 70/30. And the full amount will be fully refunded if the partner wishes to cancel the partnership.
