Responsibilities: - Searching for new and existing projects in the Eastern Province. - Building direct relationships with engineering and consulting offices, contracting companies, developers, and owners. - Attracting contracting projects and execution offers. - Attracting soil testing, building materials, and laboratory testing contracts. - Following up on projects, tenders, and commercial opportunities. - Communicating with decision-makers, project managers, and engineers. - Arranging meetings and site visits with clients. - Conveying project details to management and coordinating with the pricing department. - Following up on price offers until awarding and contracting. - Maintaining and developing client relationships. - Achieving clear monthly goals for bringing in projects and contracts. Requirements: - Previous experience in project marketing, business development, contracting, or engineering laboratories. - Good knowledge of the contracting market in the Eastern Province. - Possessing a real network of relationships with engineering offices, contractors, or developers is a very strong advantage. - High skill in communication, negotiation, and persuasion. - Ability to search for projects and reach decision-makers. - Ability to work in the field and visit clients and sites. - Driving license and car. - Commitment and achieving results. 💰 Income System Basic salary + commission on projects brought in and awarded to the company. The commission will be determined based on the project type, value, and profit margin.
