I am presenting to the investor a project for a fast-food restaurant with a capital of 400,000 Saudi Riyals, covering all establishment costs (licensing, setup, equipment, operating capital, branding). Ownership and Management Structure: The project will be entirely owned by the investor (commercial registration and assets). I will manage and operate the project under an employment contract for 5 years, renewable, with a monthly salary of 5,000 Riyals paid from income, not capital. Profit Distribution Mechanism: First Branch: All its profits will be allocated to reinvestment and financing the expansion of new branches. I will not receive a profit share from it. Subsequent Branches (Second and above): I will receive a 20% share of their net profits for managing and developing the project. The first branch will be in Al-Baha Governorate. And peace be upon you.
