Architect * Minimum of 4 years of experience in Madinah. * Experience in architectural design and preparation and review of executive plans. * Experience in engineering supervision and follow-up of site work. * Practical experience in the platforms of the Madinah Region Municipality, Balady platform, and procedures for municipal licenses and approvals. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and specialized engineering software. * Good knowledge of architectural rendering, 3D modeling, preparation of architectural presentations and visualizations, and related software. * Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and municipal requirements. 2. Civil Engineer * Minimum of 4 years of experience in Madinah. * Experience in structural design and preparation and review of structural plans and calculations. * Experience in supervising execution, technical receiving, and monitoring the quality of site work. * Practical experience in the platforms of the Madinah Region Municipality, Balady platform, and procedures for municipal licenses and approvals. * Proficiency in specialized engineering software, including AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or equivalent. * Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and municipal requirements. Common Requirements: * Actual experience of no less than 4 years in projects within Madinah. * The applicant must currently be located in Madinah. * Saudi national, or non-Saudi with a valid residency permit. * Readiness for immediate start. * Ability to deal with government agencies and follow up on procedures and technical observations. * A valid professional accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
